If your child qualifies for the Ohio Electronic Benefit (EBT) Card which provides food assistance, known as SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits, each month. The program is administered by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and they are partnering with the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) to ensure eligible children receive this important benefit.

An information packet was mailed home to your child's primary residential address on file. For your convenience, you may also download a copy of the contents of that mailing by clicking the link below: Supplemental Nutrition Program information and application

If your child is quarantined for five (5) or more consecutive days or Trinity High School needs to go to remote learning for five (5) or more consecutive days this school year, your child may qualify to receive a food allowance through an EBT card for those days of  At-Home Learning. To determine your eligibility for this program, please read the two-page Frequently Asked Questions section provided in the link above and then complete the Free and Reduced-Price School Meals Application. The document also contains detailed instructions on how to complete the application. Only completed applications will be processed and you may be asked to provide other documents to verify the information listed.

Return your completed application to Ms. Sandy Fritsch in the school business office no later than Monday, November 1. Your child will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch at Trinity High School throughout this school year, regardless if you qualify for this additional benefit or not.
