A personal interview with a member of Trinity High School's teaching or administrative staff is required for admission. Click here or call the Office of Admissions at 216-581-1061 to schedule your interview.

Eighth grade students applying from Catholic schools must:

  • Interview with a member of Trinity High School's faculty/staff.
  • Take a placement exam.
  • Submit two recommendation forms (December/January).
  • Complete the Diocese of Cleveland High School Application and list Trinity High School as your first choice (January).

Eighth grade students applying from public, non-Catholic or non-Diocesan schools must:

  • Interview with a member of Trinity High School's faculty/staff.
  • Take a placement exam. A make-up exam will be administered on a date to be determined to applicants who did not test in the fall.
  • Submit two recommendation forms. These recommendation forms must be returned to Trinity's Office of Admissions by the persons completing them by Friday, January 27, 2017.
  • Complete the Trinity High School Application for Admission and return it to the Office of Admissions by Friday, January 27, 2017. We recommend saving a copy of this interactive PDF to your computer before you begin filling it out.
  • Request academic records for grades 6-8 from your grade school. These records should be mailed from the elementary school directly to Trinity. A transcript release form is included in the application PDF.
